Forewords

Welcome to the official bounty program thread. You are invited to participate in our bounty campaign to build the needed awareness about the project to its crypto target community. A bounty campaign is a PR / marketing event when a project is being promoted by its participants. Generally, a term “bounty campaign” is being used in ICO crowdsale campaigns. Participant of a Bounty campaign are rewarded with tokens up for sale during an ICO, here the NPX token.

Schedule

Napoleonx ICO will start mid november (exact date TBD). The bounty campaign has started on Monday September 11th and will be finished when the hidden cap is reached. Organizer keeps the right to continue this Campaign till the end of the ICO. The Campaign has been split by weeks in order to keep some flexibility regarding targets to be achieved. Bounty Rewards in NPX will be distributed after the End of ICO crowdsale and Token distribution. Organizers will provide bounty rewards not later than 2 weeks from the ICO end date after all appropriate checks.

Organizers keeps the right to increase (and decrease) Rewards and Bonuses for participants. Any changes will be implemented on a weekly basis. New Rewards and Bonuses will be applied to future week(s) only. Possible changes will be announced at the official NapoleonX ANN and Bounty ANN. Organizer will update the Public Rewards and Bonuses Spreadsheet weekly.

All accepted participants of current Campaign will have a right on Reward and Bonus for the participation in the NPX Bounty Campaign. NapoleonX is a prospective long-term project and we are going to build a strong community. So, thank you for being an “early-bird”! Welcome on board! Fasten your seatbelts!

Bounty size and split

NPX tokens will be sold at a price of 0.01 ETH / NPX token. However, due to the bonus program (pre ICO and first 3 days), there is some uncertainty regarding the number of issued tokens. To provide an equivalent ETH amount on our bounty program we will use 1 NPX = 0.01 ETH even though we reckon that there is some uncertainty regarding valuation post issuance. Indeed, price could either fall or rise depending on ICO success.

We have designed a mechanism that will encourage the participant in making this ICO campaign a great success by offering a reward that will increase in absolute and relative size as the raised amount during the ICO reaches certain levels:
1. 75k NPX tokens (equiv 750 ETH) if ICO raises between 25k and 40k ETH
2. 125k NPX tokens (equiv 1,250 ETH) if ICO raises between 40k and 60k ETH
3. 175k NPX tokens (equiv 1,750 ETH) if ICO raises between 60k and 80k ETH
4. 250k NPX tokens (equiv 2,500 ETH) if ICO raises between 80k and 100k ETH

The Budget will be divided in 3 pools:
1. Social Media
2. Master and Creator Pool
3. Magic Pool
We have allocated for each pool and sub-pool a predefined amount of NPX tokens designated for Bounty program. Please find below an overview of this split:

However, Organizers keep the right to modify these budgets over time to fine tune their marketing strategy. Any changes would only affect subsequent allocations and not past ones.

Bounty Campaign principles

This is a 2 steps process:
Step 1: for each sub pool, a weekly budget is determined and announced at the beginning of each week, until the hidden cap is reached. However, if part of a weekly budget is unutilized for a week it could be later deployed at NapoleonX discretion.
Step 2: within each sub-pool weekly budget will be shared by participants according to one of the 3 following principles:
1. Variable share (stake): a certain number of points is attributed for each individual actions and then summed by participant.

The final points are calculated by multiplying a stake (which will grade the audience or quality) by points (which will indicate the number of actions taken).

2. Fixed share: a predefined number of lots will be available at the beginning of each week. Each participant will earn a certain number of lots during the week with given rules with 1 lot value defined as:

3. Discretionary share: a predefined number of lots will be available at the beginning of each week. Each participant will have to negotiate with us on the number of lots he will get for a given work.

Weekly sub-pool will be accrued until each Monday 10 pm forum time.

Important:
To be valid, each participant must have originated their activities during each weekly period. You can’t leave a signature campaign/media account/delete your contents before the end of the crowdsale.

This pool is to help promoting NaPoleonX. Social Networks pool will be awarded on a pro rata basis across all members on each sub pools, if correctly realize the tasks described. For example, if one thousand members complete the Twitter tasks, they will split the pool reliant on the number of points they have been rewarded, on a weekly basis.
